Fleetwood Class A Diesel - Small Motorhomes Buying Guide

Fleetwood is probably best known for its class A gas motorhomes, but they also offer a handful of diesel rigs that fit into the category of small diesel pushers. Although they don’t have any rigs that come in under the 30 foot mark, the Discovery, Excursion and Bounder Classic Diesel lines have models within the low to mid-30 foot range, which is substantially smaller than most class A diesel rigs.

The Bounder name has been around for decades, and the “Bounder Classic” moniker fits perfectly with the brand’s reputation as a budget line that provides a lot of the same touches that you see in more expensive rigs. This is one of the more affordable class A diesel rigs out there, although the Excursion line is also relatively affordable in comparison to a lot of diesel pushers out there. The Discovery is a higher-end diesel rig, and its longer models edge well out of the “small” diesel pusher market.
